KEY LOCK BOX POLICY

All Real Estate Lockboxes must be placed on the nearest handicap parking sign pole, as low to the ground as possible. IF there is no such pole in front of or near a particular building, a lockbox may be placed on the OUTSIDE of the LOWER RAIL of the black iron railing on the steps or approach to the building. This placement is required in order to permit easy access by residents and visitors to the railing.

Lockboxes, chains and cables are prohibited from being attached, in any way, to the trees, shrubs or any part of the buildings.

All lockboxes must be removed immediately following the settlement/rental of a unit. Any damage incurred due to the installation of a lockbox will be the responsibility of the unit owner the box is for.
